The salon is situated in Corn Street in the beautiful market town of Witney, in West Oxfordshire.
The town of Witney, world famous for its blankets, dates back to AD969, though there is some evidence of Iron Age and Roman settlements in the area. Witney is the largest town in the district of West Oxfordshire and has a population of roughly 27,000. With a unique blend of history, culture and shopping it’s a great destination for visitors and a wonderful place to live.
There is ample Free parking in Witney (2 hours). RIght outside the shop, you will find spaces on both sides of the road. If you would like to combine your visit with a shopping trip, the carparks that are adjacent to the shops are only a short walk away.

TUBES NEED REPLACING.Just started using these sunbeds as where I usually go has closed down.The shop is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful however the sunbed tubes are definitely in need of replacement. I have used two of the laydown beds in the last 7 days and done a total of 36 minutes with little to no change to my tan... having used sunbeds for over 15 years I know what to expect, I am also familiar with 0.3 tubes and always ensure I use a tan accelerator.Both sunbeds I used are very old models which I wouldn't be bothered about but the tubes are doing nothing.Disappointing, I don't think ill bother making the 30 minute drive to finish the course because it's pointless!management need to address this.Yes I have been using 0.3 tubes for a number of years and am fully aware of the new legislation. 36 minutes on one of your beds should be enough to see even a slight change.I am not on your system as I'm using my boyfriend's phone to write this review.The tubes are that bad that I am going to leave the course that I paid for as it is not worth the petrol money to use your sunbeds.Please don't accuse over businesses of using incorrect legislative tubes just because you don't change yours regularly enough

First time I have used a Tanning Machine for many years. I wanted a base tan for my upcoming holiday. The machines are easy to use and very clean. After 60minutes I’m beginning to notice a change in my colour. I love the cooling facial fan and the water spritz makes it very comfortable. Two weeks before I go away so booked another block!
I always visit Witney salon when I want to top up my tan before going on holiday. I find it stops me from burning. I only ever use the lie down ones (1 and 3) Beds are always kept clean and I always get to use them on time. I use their online booking system to book and never have a problem.

The staff are very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The equipment and rooms are spotlessly clean. There is a wide range of creams to purchase. A tranquil and relaxing experience from when you walk through the door.

I started using the Tanning Room recently after using another in town. I much prefer Tanning Room. There is a huge range of different lotions, and packages to suit any budget. It’s obvious how popular they are due to needing to prebook to ensure a bed.Being able to stream your own music to the bed is a bonus, and the air conditioning and spritz function make it a much less sweaty experience than I’ve had from other places.Recommended.
I used the tanning room for the first time today and I was very impressed. The service from Holly was super friendly and informative, plenty of help available for a first timer!! The premises were also very clean, even though they are obviously very busy! I will definitely return!!! Thank you

I walked in and wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Ali gave recommendations and was so helpful. I was unsure how to use the machines and she took the time to show me. I have had a couple sessions now and a tan is developing, very happy with my experience, highly recommended!

The staff in Tanning Room Witney store are always really friendly, very knowledgeable about products, they serve you very promptly, booking for your tan always works for and importantly it's very clean.

I frequently visit this tanning room and I must say, I have always been thoroughly impressed with my experience. Ali and Holly are friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The tanning beds were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Not to mention, the results were amazing! I would highly recommend this tanning room to anyone looking for a top-notch tanning experience.
I started using the sunbed last year as a complete newbie, the staff were lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There is a great range of creams available in the shop too. Would recommend The Tanning Room to anyone in the area 🙂

I have been visiting since March this year. I am so impressed with the knowledgeable staff. I am reaching my tanning goals all thanks to them. My daughter has also had a spray tan done here and she was so impressed. Such an amazing company with very impressive staff! Amazing service today from the wonderful owner of The Tanning Shop Witney. It was my first time tanning in preparation for my upcoming wedding and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and tell me all I needed to know. Will be back regularly.
A lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, I have been served by Alexandra recently and she beautifully explained the whole tanning process in a clear and understandable way. She was extremely helpful on all my inquiries, and the result was an absolute spot on!! very happy with the result and definitely would recommend this place to everyone. I had a spray tan last week by Emma and was super impressed! I have not had one in years and i was put completely at ease. The tan looks so natural and was not patchy at all. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back for another one 🙂
