How to Earn Rewards with our Loyalty App

Participants must have an account with us before collecting rewards. For new customers, an account will be set up at your induction.

Customers need to download our loyalty app on their phones, and scan the QR code at each store visit or sunbed use. The QR code is available at the in-store till point.

Reward Earning Ratio: Every sunbed session or spend entitles the customer to one stamp. Collecting 12 stamps leads to 12 minutes being added to their account, which remain valid for a year from the addition date.

For every 20 stamps collected, the customer will receive a 20% discount on their next tanning lotion or retail purchase in-store.

Birthday Rewards: Customers are eligible for a free gift for their birthday. This will be valid for 30 days from their birthday. Birthday gifts are subject to availability.

Stamps and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or in any way traded. They are intended solely for the individual whose name is registered to the loyalty account.

Reward stamps cannot be applied retroactively. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their purchases are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.

In the unlikely event that an error occurs when trying to collect or redeem stamps, it is the responsibility of the customer to report the problem immediately. We cannot rectify issues reported after 30 days from the date the issue occurred.

The Tanning Room holds no liability for any unredeemed stamps that have expired. Once a stamp has expired, it cannot be reactivated.

Members of the rewards programme will be periodically contacted by email or phone regarding special offers and updates about the programme. You are agreeing to these contacts when you sign up for the programme. However, members may choose to opt-out of this correspondence at any time.

All data will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR. For further information on how your data is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

It is the responsibility of the customer to update their personal details should they change. The Tanning Room cannot be held responsible for any loss of stamps or rewards resulting from out of date contact details.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions, programme benefits, or reward stamps structure at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to the members.

Membership to the rewards programme can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, all unredeemed stamps and rewards will be forfeit and cannot be reinstated if you re-join the programme at a later date.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

FREE SACHET

  • If you buy a sachet and then in the same visit to the salon you buy a bottle of the same cream, we will deduct the price of the sachet from the price of the bottle of cream
  • This offer can only be used once with the cream purchased. Future purchases of the same sachet will not be eligible for deduction from a new bottle 

MINUTES, BUNDLES & COMBINATION BUNDLES

  • 24hr notice is required to cancel a booking otherwise the booked minutes will be deducted from your bundle.
  • All tanning minutes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other products or services.
  • For health & safety reasons minutes/bundles cannot be shared.
  • Bundle minutes expire 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Maximum amount of UV exposure time per 24hr’s is dependent upon skin type.

COLLAGEN LIGHT THERAPY PACKAGES

 
  • 24hr notice is required to cancel a booking otherwise the booked Collagen Light Therapy minutes will be deducted from your package.
  • All Collagen Light Therapy minutes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other products or services.
  • For health & safety reasons Collagen Light Therapy minutes cannot be shared.
  • Collagen Light Therapy package minutes expire 6 months from the purchase date.

PROOF OF AGE

  • UV tanning is only available to persons who are over the age of 18 and you may be asked for proof of age. This will in the form of a driving licence, military ID card,  passport or birth certificate. Photocopies will not be accepted.

SPRAY TANS

  • A £10 deposit is required when booking a spray tan.
  • A patch test must be completed at least one day before the application to ensure skin suitability.
  • Please note that 24hr notice is required to cancel a booking otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

  • If you cannot visit the salon during the promotional period, deals can be purchased by phone by credit/debit card from our salons.
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
  • Offers are only valid during the times and dates advertised and during Carterton, Cirencester, Swindon & Witney salon opening hours.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw offers at anytime.

REFER A FRIEND OFFER

  • Extra minutes applies to the first purchase from referred friends only.

NEW CLIENT WELCOME BONUS

  • Extra minutes applies to the first purchase as a new client only.

ACCELERATOR CREAMS

  • For health & safety reasons we advise that creams MUST be used from 12 months of opening or they MUST be disposed of.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the use of our beds if tanning creams that have not been approved by the Tanning Room are used.
  • For health & safety reasons all creams and lotions purchased from the Tanning Room are non-refundable.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months from the purchase date.
